Beverly Hills Guest House

This guesthouse was remodeled with a bedroom and second bathroom added to the space and upgrades throughout. Before the main area had parquet floors and a brick fireplace. The floors were replaced with engineered wood in a lighter color and the fireplace revamped with a sleek grey and white slab. Another area was converted into a home office with plenty of closets and shelves for ample storage. In one bathroom subway tile was applied to the walls and a vanity mirror with LED lighting provides a soft glow to the bathroom. The white French doors were replaced with black aluminum French doors giving the space a whole new feel. A beautiful modern pendant light in the main room finishes the space.
