Studio City Garage Conversion

In this garage conversion, the homeowner wanted high a ceiling so we made sure it was structurally sound and added 8” shiplap horizontally for a cool geometric detail, which was then painted white. A skylight, windows, and French doors were also added. White subway tile was put in the bathroom with a pretty yellow Mexican tile highlighting the niche and borders. The cement floor was simply painted Custom cabinets were built along one wall for plenty of storage space. And beautiful vintage wood carved Mexican doors were installed for the bathroom door.
